The cost is ONLY £5 PUPN – we ask that everyone supports the social club by using the facilities.

Booking is advisable as limited space restricts – contact Steward before setting off to ensure you have a place to pitch.

Whitwell Social Club is a family and dog friendly club. It has a large selection bitters, lagers, wines and spirits along with soft drinks.. The club itself is open to C&CC members whilst attending the organised meet.

Situated less than 4 miles from Junction 30 of the M1 and less than 5 miles from the center of Worksop.

Bondhay Golf Club is only a 2.3 mile drive. The golf club allows day visitors to book on this 18 hole as well as providing a resturant and bar.

A local Co-Op is just a few minutes walk way.

Toilet facilities are available to those using the club bar.

Directions:

From J30, M1 : Take the A616- sign posted Worksop / Ch’field – after about 250 yards turn left at the roundabout onto the A619 – sign posted Worksop. Keep on the A619 for about 2.8 miles and then turn right onto the B6043 – sign posted Whitwell.

Keep on this road until you get to the Church on your left. Turn right onto Scotland Street. Keep on this road to its end and then go across the road (sign posted “Railway” on to Butt Hill. Social Club is on the end of the road. The residential road is narrow – but this route avoids a very tight righthand turn.

From Worksop : Take the A60 Mansfield Road. Turn right onto Broad Lane – sign posted for the Train Station. Keep on this road untill you get to the War Memorial and EITHER turn left (sign posted Train Station) the take a tight right turn after the Co-Op onto Butt Lane OR continue on and turn left at the Church as above.
