Chesterfield D.A is holding its Annual General Meeting on Saturday 9th March 2024 at 2:00pm.

This will be held at St Johns Church, Walton Back Lane, Chesterfield S42 7LT (What3words https://w3w.co/indulges.fade.resort) Refreshemnts will be served.

Following our recent meeting, 5 members have stated that they will be stepping down from the committee at the AGM in March. This will leave only 3 people on the committee. We urgently need people to come forward and take an active role in keeping the D.A running for the future. If we don’t have enough committee members then the D.A will cease to exist.

Please bring your membership cards with you for admittance.

IF WE DON’T HAVE MORE MEMBERS JOIN THE COMMITTEE & MORE STEWARDS, WE WILL BE UNABLE TO CONTINUE WITH CHESTERFIELD DISTRICT ASSOCIATION, THIS IS NOT A DECISION THAT WILL BE TAKEN LIGHTLY, BUT WITHOUT MORE HELP, WE CAN NOT CONTINUE.

We would greatly appreciate new stewards & committee members that are ready and willing to take an active role within the D.A. This can be anything from stewarding a meet (or helping steward), helping organise a coffee event, or colleting prizes for a raffle.

We are only a very small committee and due to family and work commitments we are struggling to put on the meets and events without the extra help from others.
